Customizing your order
The added benefit of preparing each order individually
also means that customers are able to customize their order to the way
they like it. Do you like to have your food a bit more spicy? or a bit
more salty? No problem, we can make it just the way you want it. You
don't want M.S.G. in your food? or how about that famous dish that you
really like, but cannot have because you are allergic to nuts. No
problem, unlike many fast-food and large restaurants each item on our
menu is prepared and cooked from scratch. Just let us know what changes
you would like so we can make that order just perfect for you, and we
will try our best to accommodate it.

In addition to providing
fresh and tasty food, we are also known for providing great, consistent
service. In fact, since our inception in 1984, Bamboo House Restaurant
has been solely owned and operated by us, the Fong Family. We maintained
strict control over our business because we understand the importance of
consistency in our customers lives -- consistently good food,
consistently good service. To that end, we are proud to announce that
our key members of our family has been performing the same key roles
within our business for over 20 years.
Over the years, many of our customers have grown up with our family, many
have become our best friends. We are planning to be here for a while, so
why don't you stop by and get to know our family too.
Statutory Holiday Hours
Eventhough Valentine's day
is on a Tuesday, we will be OPEN Tuesday February 14, 2012 but we will
be closed Monday February 13 in lieu of Valentine's day on Tuesday.
